The guys haven’t shared a model with a TIF component included. The reason is, that each jurisdiction structures its TIF program slightly differently. So creating a boilerplate template to cover all (or even most) TIF structures is a difficult task. Our recommendation is to use the development model that best fits the project, and then modify the Sources portion of the model to accommodate whatever TIF structure you negotiate with the local jurisdiction.
