I’m having a hard time logging into my Accelerator program. I am unable to login and access the dashboard and the course.

The most common reason for login issues related to your Accelerator account, is that you have two A.CRE accounts. One of the accounts will have been used to purchase the Accelerator, while the second account was not. Without realizing it, you may have tried to access the Accelerator with your second A.CRE account that does not have Accelerator privileges.

To remedy this issue, try the following:

1) Review your email account history to find the ‘Welcome to the A.CRE Accelerator’ email you received upon joining the program. And then use that email address as the username in order to login. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘Reset Password‘ option

2) Contact us using the ‘Website Tech Support’ option under ‘Reason for Inquiry’, and we’d be happy to find your Accelerator account in our system, reset your password, merge your A.CRE accounts, and help get you logged back in.

How many times can I retake a quiz?

You can retake the quizzes an unlimited number of times. The purpose of the quizzes is not to trip you up to fail, but rather to act as a yardstick to gauge your progress. Even if you decide to retake the program, you are able to retake the quizzes in each course.

If you’re having difficulty with a certain concept, don’t hesitate to ask a question in the Q&A tab for that lesson or course. The guys enjoy providing additional context and welcome any and all questions.

What happens when my Accelerator Membership Expires?

Accelerator access including videos, forums, and advanced concepts is provided to new members for a year upon purchase. After that, there is the option to extend membership at the discounted rate of $199 for six additional months.
