You will be part of the Portfolio Management Team, responsible for pan European (equity) core plus strategies.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Budget planning and Cashflow analysis using an established portfolio model
Property, financial and corporate analysis as well as strategic management of real estate investments or targets
Close interaction and collaboration with professionals from all European offices in the various departments, such as Transaction, Asset Management, Business Development, and Operations
Analysis for hold / sell decisions using investment level DCF models and market research
Support transactions process (new acquisitions and dispositions)
Suitability analysis for new acquisitions, underwriting of potential real estate acquisitions from a portfolio management perspective
Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports, annual financial and non-financial reports
Assist in monitoring and managing liquidity of the fund vehicles
Assist capital raising efforts for existing and future mandates
Implementation and monitoring of ESG strategy for the core plus funds
Assist in capital markets management (debt and currency hedging)
Preparing of fund performance forecasts using portfolio models
Management of interns in the portfolio management team
Assistance at cross-functional and international projects

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelor / Master degree required with concentration in Real Estate, Economics or Banking and Finance
Professional qualification completed or ongoing
1-2 years of working experience is preferred, but not mandatory, this includes relevant internship and trainee positions during your studies
Ability to excel in a team-oriented setting as well as demonstrating your own strong initiative
Eager to learn and contribute and therefore being open minded to get staffed on various projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Very high degree of analytical competence
Excellent English and German working proficiency
Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications (in particular Excel)
