JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: $90,000 – $105,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
Work location: Vancouver, WA.
Holland is seeking an experienced investment professional, multifamily experienced preferred, with a strong interest in analytical problem solving, to join or highly collaborative and goal-oriented Investment Management team at our corporate office in Vancouver, Washington. The Investment Associate is responsible for conducting complex strategic analysis of all assigned projects while interfacing between multiple internal departments and external partners to provide business decision support in the acquisition, finance and development of assets in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required. Completion of, or enrollment in, Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) degree preferred. Four years of professional relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Four years minimum experience in real estate, finance or accounting required. Multi-family experience strongly preferred. Enrollment in a MRED program may be considered in lieu of some experience.

Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
