Job Description:

We are a New York-based private equity firm actively acquiring self-storage facilities and small bay multi-tenant business parks nationwide. We’re seeking a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work directly with our Director of Acquisitions to evaluate deals, analyze financials, conduct market research, and build detailed underwriting models. You’ll play a key part in helping us assess acquisition opportunities across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Underwrite potential acquisitions using Excel and industry-standard tools
• Analyze rent rolls, P&Ls, and other property-level financials
• Conduct market and comp analysis
• Assist in preparing investment memos for internal review

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience underwriting commercial real estate (self-storage or industrial preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals at once
• U.S.-based with availability during Eastern Time business hours
